You're Invited to be part of the 2025 Catawba County Hunger Walk; Presented by Ashure Ministry, Hickory Soup Kitchen, and The Corner Table. Join DWCC in making a difference for families and individuals in our community.The Hunger Walk not only raises essential funds for hunger relief efforts across Catawba County—it also brings awareness to the ongoing issue of food insecurity in our community.
It's more than an event—it’s a movement of community, compassion, and action to fight hunger right here at home. Every dollar raised will be divided equally among Ashure Ministry, Hickory Soup Kitchen, and The Corner Table—and every dollar will go directly toward feeding those who need it most.
Our goal is to have as many people on the team as we can get, and for each person to raise $100. The walk is either 1 mile or 5k (3.1 miles) — your choice. Teresa will send you more information and help you get started collecting essential funds for hunger relief efforts across Catawba County.

2:45PM - Welcome, Warm-Up, & Awards
(Awards will be provided for Largest Team, Top Team Fundraiser, and Top Individual Fundraiser)
3:00PM - Walk (5K or a 1 Mile Option)
(Refreshments will be provided following the walk)
