Catalyzer focuses on the challenge of scaling up a professional service business from one (the founder) to many employees and how to scale up a firm.
This is a quarterly event with monthly meet-ups in between. The quarterly events will be facilitated by professional firm leaders that have successfully scaled, and topics will include sales and marketing automation, avoiding the feast/famine loop, 1099s vs FTEs, productivity tools, relevant legal and HR do’s and don’t’s.
