WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip hop music. The mission is to create a judgement-free dance space built on good vibes, a great sweat, and a supportive community. All dances are pre choreographed, simple, and easy to pick up. The instructor will use verbal a physical cues to help guide through the songs. No experience is needed! As long as you're having fun and moving your body, you're doing it right!About the instructor:
The class will be led by Lindsey Boersma, also known by the drag name Creature Type Human. Although this is not a drag event, Lindsey brings her experience as a drag king to give a little queer spice to all the dances. She is a proud member of the LGBTQ community, a member of The Satanic Temple and a long term vegan. She has been certified in WERQ Fitness since 2023.

Clients seek their expertise for various goals, including weight loss, muscle development, metabolic conditioning, sport-specific training, and nutritional guidance. Catalyst Training Center is committed to supporting the health and wellness of members of our community and now offers various affordable fitness class options as well as personal and partnered training.
Class fee is $20 per person - pay when you arrive. NO membership fee required!
