About this Event
Agenda for 12th December 10am-12pm
How to de-commoditize your business when all your customers are focused on is price
In our session we will help you stand out from the competition and not have what you do be driven down by price.
We will cover:
- How to de-commoditize your business (and this is from somebody who is running an accountancy business)
- Fireside chat with business owners where funding has been used well; and badly, to develop a sustainable and profitable business
- Practical breakout sessions where we will help you first better understand your competition via benchmarking (I just need everybody who is attending's business name or SIC code) and share some practical tips in small groups that can be taken away so you can put time and money to better use than your competitors
You have the opportunity to book a 30-minute session in the afternoon and start getting to work on the detail.
Speaker Bio
Graeme is super passionate about helping those business owners in the trades and professional services whereby he can relate to the long hours; with little to show for it and all money appearing to go the tax man has you tearing your hair out! Add to this he recognises the fact that the idea of retiring seems like little more than a distant dream for far too many business owners.
Graeme set up Tennick Accountants to help business owners map out plans with clients as to where they are, where they want to get there, then help them get there and being alongside them every step of the way.
At Tennick Accountants, the team have been brought up around family members that faced the same struggles so have the first-hand experience so can relate to where you are and where you want to be.
Graeme is born and bred in the North-East and comes from an entrepreneurial background with his Dad having built and sold a forklift truck business to an AIM listed group.
Graeme jokes that he ‘stumbled’ into accountancy on his journey to become a fellow business owner and since then has developed a real passion for developing, growing and coaching fellow business owners locally, nationally and internationally.
