A Catalan wine tasting is a journey through a region of remarkable diversity. While regions like Priorat and Penedès often steal the spotlight, other regions from both France and Spain Catalan demarcation offer a hidden gems for wine enthusiasts.
The Setting: A Sun-Drenched Vineyard
Imagine a sprawling vineyard bathed in the warm Mediterranean sun. The air is filled with the gentle scent of grapes and the distant call of cicadas. A rustic stone winery stands as a testament to the region's rich winemaking heritage.
The Tasting Experience
In this wonderful Wine dinner, you will be greeted by a carefully curated selection of Catalan wines. From the Cava experience up to the Cotes de Rouisillon areas in the French country, including the Cotes Catalanes a lesser know region famous for its expressive and terroir-driven wines.
Joselito Casa de Comidas' Chef Sierra will serve a decadent tasting menu where each dish was paired to perfection with the help of Sommelier and G.M. Gustavo Iniesta
