Don’t be confused, this is not a yoga class for your cats! It is a human yoga class featuring some of PAWS Bangkok cutest cats and kittens. Our yogi leading us this week is Muse. She is a holistic wellness guide and has been teaching yoga for nearly 8 years. Her practice of yoga has a deep focus on intuition and the senses. Her practices and teaching develop a strong sense of inner guidance, trust and connection with the mind, body & soul. Her style is open to ALL bodies & experience isn’t necessary, just an open heart & an open mind ?
After the hour, the adoption cafe will begin and you can continue to hang out with our cats and kittens.
? Suggested minimum donation for the class is 300 THB ? You MUST prebook your spot by sending a message and a screenshot of your donation to our Facebook page. Limited to 20 spots.
Mats are NOT provided; please bring your own.
100% of class costs will go directly to PAWS Bangkok.
