We're bringing the spirit of Mardi Gras to Springfield while supporting our mission to help shelter cats find their forever homes!This year’s Mardi Paws theme is "Springfield Celebrates Food!" Inspired by the Soulard Mardi Gras, we're shining a spotlight on Springfield’s one-of-a-kind food scene and its most iconic dishes.

🎭 Enjoy delicious New Orleans-style cuisine, including decadent king cakes and sip on festive drinks from our fully stocked bar.
