The Rock of Consciousness Cat Steven's Moonshadow Mysticism is a tribute to the legendary music and messaging of Cat Stevens. Cat Stevens’ music carried a rare depth of consciousness, blending introspection, spirituality, and social awareness. Through songs like “Wild World,” “Father and Son,” “Morning Has Broken,” “Peace Train,” and “Moonshadow,” he invited listeners inward, questioned modern life, and offered compassion as guidance—helping a generation reconnect with meaning, reflection, and the possibility of personal and collective transformation.
These classics and others are set to energizing movement,breathwork and stillness to open up to a deeper state of awareness. This opened state is then carried into a Dreamstate Soundbath for deep relaxation and reset.

Kevin Kraft is a certified yoga/meditation based educator, author, practitioner, musician, sound healer, and founder of Soundshala (www.soundshala.com), a unique movement, mindfulness and music curriculum combining Kriya Yoga, live collaborative music, journaling, breathwork, and meditation to help achieve the mindful benefits of knowing oneself on a deeper level.
Balancing and maintaining a healthy nervous system and refreshing the overactive mind are essential tools supporting your best version of yourself. This is delivered through a soundscape of harmonics, overtones and binaural beats in voice, gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, flutes and other instruments that help to relax and release deeply into harmony & balance.
Soundshala offers its signature offerings for children, the aging demographic, organizations, as well as the general public through regular classes, certification programs, workshops, courses, retreats, festivals and keynote engagements. Soundshala also offers one on one customized sound healing and yoga sessions.

We seek to re-establish health and harmony by un-obstructing the flow of prana through the body's energy channels and connecting to our innate divine essence that is our natural authentic self.
