NWR has communicated with over 60 local mothers and they have all expressed a demand for this educational and empowering program and the desperate need of support for their mental, emotional, and social well being. The objective of the Empowered Mothers program is to help all mothers with mental and emotional resources and support to increase mothers’ sense of belonging, self-esteem, safety, and overall confidence in the way they parent their children.
