Whilst David & Meredith are travelling & teaching overseas this Winter, Friday 5Rhythms will be held by a dedicated local support crew and our teaching colleague Thais SansomTwo visiting 5Rhythms Teachers – Michelle & Sue from NSW will also offer in the school holidays. Unfortunately we can’t organise for our interstate teachers to offer Friday Online classes in the school holidays so at-home dancers please access our recorded class series for those weeks.

Castlemaine 5Rhythms is a weekly class that has been running for over a decade, a mix of dedicated dancers and new adventurers seem to always be dropping in on for a Friday night dance before spending a weekend exploring this creative town.
Fridays (in School Terms) 5.45pm – 7.30pm.
Doors open at 5:45pm - please try to arrive before 6.15pm Class runs til 7:30pm. No entry after 6:30pm. No booking required.
