The Australian Lancia Register is proud to announce the Castlemaine rally weekend of OCTOBER 17-19th, 2025 .
This is a placement event to save the date and start making plans to attend.
Theme: 70th Anniversary of Prof Antonio Fessia
This year we are celebrating Prof Antonio Fessia joining Lancia in 1955 as the Technical Director. Our Castlemaine 28 Rally merchandise portrays Prof Antonio Fessia's accomplishments at Lancia, particularly the introduction of the all-new Flavia and Fulvia, the development of the Flaminia and the improvements to the Appia. This year's events will be held in the picturesque historical township of Castlemaine with events in and around the districts.
Guest of honour - Dr Peter Renou
We have the great pleasure of inviting Dr Peter Renou as our guest of honour for Castlemaine 28. Peter Renou is, of course, one of the founding members of the Australian Lancia Register and also a long time aficionado of the Lancia Appia. Peter will speak about the life, times and achievements of Prof Fessia and may stray into life with Lancias, particularly with Appias.

Castlemaine 28 After Tour
The after tour will stretch over nine days with a coastal journey north towards Merimbula and then finishing with a visit to our Nation's capital , Canberra and its many attractions. Information will be in the program and booking page when open.
