Tickets are not required to attend the party, only to join a tour. Our brewery will open at 11am to VIP tour members, and 12pm to the public. 

VIP BREWERY TOUR: 11AM and 1PM

  PUBLIC BREWERY TOURS: 3PM and 6PM
• Ticket includes a pour on the brewery floor and guided tour of our production space

BEER RELEASES

• NINE (12.1% ABV): Russian Imperial Stout - A deep and layered grist bill provides a rich, velvety, creamy roast chocolate foundation to our anniversary Russian imperial stout. An extended boil in the kettle allows for deeper caramelization and expression of the dark roasted malts resulting in harmonious currents of milk chocolate, dark roast coffee, light fig, and creamy sweetness. Cheers to 9 years!

• NINE Variant #1: Peanut Butter Cup
  Our 9th anniversary Russian imperial stout conditioned on Ghanaian single origin cacao nibs and roasted peanuts resulting in an exceptionally flavorful, candy-like liquid treat evoking notes of baked chocolate and creamy peanut butter
  

• NINE Variant #2: BA Blackstrap Molasses
  Our 9th anniversary Russian imperial stout barrel aged on former blackstrap molasses rum barrels for a subtle oak and brown sugar kiss. Smooth taste and long-lasting sweet finish
  

• NINE Variant #3: Dark Chocolate Cherry
  Our 9th anniversary Russian imperial stout conditioned on Ghanaian single-origin cacao nibs and dark sweet cherry puree. Candied fruit undertones create a charming flavor profile and counteract the dark roast chocolate tones wonderfully
  

• NINE Variant #4: Burnt Maple Sugar
  Our 9th anniversary Russian imperial stout treated and conditioned on toasted maple sugar oak spirals, adding a hints of soft maple sweetness, vanilla, caramel, and bourbon pecan
