In this class, you will learn the gentle art of using iron cookware under all kinds of conditions.You will learn things about the metal that will help you make sense of its behavior, see demonstrations of cooking techniques, and learn about storage and handling.
Feel free to bring problem pans and worrisome artifacts. We can either fix the issues in class or develop a plan to bring the item back into usable condition.
