Cast, crew and volunteers - you are invited to join us for our final meeting before the event. Food will be provided! Cast Agenda:
This final meeting/rehearsal will start promptly at 6 PM and include a run down of the event as well as introductions from organizers from 6-6:30.
From 6:30-7 PM we will break into clan groups to discuss 'bits' and elements of the story.
From 7 PM - 8 PM we will walk through the large group events together, including opening ceremony, the wedding, the pyre and final concert.
After 8 PM, we will work on smaller events and logistics final blocking for the event, including Fenrirs Trial, Alga's god hunt, the games of the gods logistics, Liesmith's mischief, etc.
Expectation Time Line:
General Cast: 6-8 PM
Primary Cast: 6-9:30 PM
Organizers: 5 - 10 PM

If you are a volunteer or staff not on cast, you will join the meeting for the meal and than break off to work on final set up.
