This hand woven basket, made of a combination of round, oval and flat reed and finished with a sturdy handle, makes ordinary dishes sizzle. Learn the basics of working with reed, different weaving methods. Suitable for beginners.While we’ll have tools on-site to share, students are strongly encouraged to bring their own tools, all of which are essential to Basketry, and include:
Water Bucket
Strong Scissors
Yard stick or ruler
Spring clothes pins
Small straight-edge screw driver
Old towel
