Casserole, a comedy presented by the SCSH Performing Arts Club

Casserole takes place in Eau Claire, Wisconsin in July 2015, and features Clair Wilson, a gem of a soul, a godly woman who doesn't condemn or even judge. Her bizarre recipes, like Mayonnaise Casserole or Root Beer and Raisin Meatloaf, get noticed by a New York publisher who wants to feature her in a special cookbook, "The Midwest Chef". Cooking is Clair's passion, her art. Mayo is her medium, along with processed cheese and mushroom soup.

Leonard Wilson is Clair's grumpy husband, a "stick in the mud" who doesn't appreciate things outside of the norm, except maybe his wife's cooking. Their daughter Erica, an abstract artist living in New York City, suddenly shows up with stunning news and a mysterious friend, Penny. Arriving for dinner, the hipster editor, Zachary, and his photographer, Nicholas, have a hidden agenda for the cookbook.
