Omeed Farajzadeh is a rising restaurateur and the visionary behind the acclaimed pop-up concept, CASITA. Born and raised in Miami, Omeed has honed his skills in Michelin-star kitchens and restaurants from Miami to Chicago, mastering the art of fine dining and earning certification as a sommelier. His passion for finding fresh, locally sourced ingredients as well as curating memorable experiences for the community drives his ambition to open a prestigious restaurant that celebrates Miami’s vibrant culture and culinary heritage, especially in light of the city's rapid metropolitan growth since 2020.
