She leads you through a journey of intention, ceremony, and sound meditation for the soul inspired by nature. Relax comfortably on your mat supported with blankets and bolsters and allow the music to bathe and embrace your body. Ana begins your journey by playing crystal and Tibetan bowls before moving into the deeper vibrations of drums, rattles, gongs, chimes and more. The ceremony will bring to the surface what is no longer serving you with the rhythms of ocean drums, shell rattles, rain sticks, and water entities to gather those unneeded energies and carry them away.
Experience vibrations and frequencies similar to whales so you can drift to new places. You will leave feeling refreshed, realigned, peaceful and fulfilled with time as we close to share experiences, ask questions and explore her personal instruments, some handcrafted by Ana.
