We’ll keep each other company through the winter cold, through Mondays, and through those figures that challenge us, confuse us, or suddenly spark our curiosity.
This year, Cascabelito continues to grow. We’ll be welcoming guest teachers for classes followed by guided practices, and we’re introducing a weekly theme board. Everyone is invited to share words, questions, sensations, ideas, and reflections. This theme will accompany us throughout the practice, to be talked about, explored, and brought into the body.
We want this practice to remain a place of meeting and exchange. A space to try, to play, to be curious, to fail kindly, and to discover together new ways of enjoying connection with others.
