The countdown has begun for CASA Monroe’s 4th Annual Superhero 5k and Fun Walk in downtown Madisonville, Tn. The event takes place every April, coinciding with Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month. This year’s event will also honor the legacy of local runner, Darrah Wiseman, who was known for her passion for running and relentless drive. Despite her school lacking a track, her dedication to the sport was unmatched.The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 12th, 2025, beginning at 8:45 AM at Memorial Park in downtown Madisonville, Tn. Participants are encouraged to dress as their favorite superhero!
Proceeds from the race will benefit CASA Monroe, an organization dedicated to advocating for abused and neglected children in the community. The event includes a 5K run and fun walk, offering options for participants of all fitness levels.
