Carving Out a Literary Life: Four Authors on Their Nontraditional Journeys
The Writer’s Center welcomes four recently-published DC-area authors to discuss the inspirations, obstacles, and lessons gleaned on their writing journeys. Each of them has engaged with The Writer’s Center in the course of their careers. The event will include brief readings and ample time for audience questions and discussion. Note: The presenetatiion will be audio recorded for future podcast broadcast. Light refreshments. FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
Join prose writers Bernardine "Dine" Watson, Tom Navratil, Lauren Woods & Elizabeth Bruce, all local DMV authors who published their first books over age 40 (or 50 or 60 or 70!).
