Spend the afternoon learning knife safety, carving techniques, and traditional woodworking skills while creating your own one-of-a-kind wooden spoon.
John will guide you step by step through the carving process using only hand tools. Along the way, you will learn about the history of spoon carving, wood varieties and grain selection, and techniques that can be applied to future carving projects.
At the end of the workshop, you will leave with a finished spoon and the confidence to continue carving at home.
