▪︎Gates open for clinic at 7am. Clinic starts at 8am.
▪︎Final Deadline for reciept of ALL FEES is September 2, 2024.
▪︎All fees are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
▪︎All dogs must be under control at all times.
▪︎A Silent Auction will be held each day.
▪︎The new barn is currently under construction and will be ready for us! Stall Fee: $35/Weekend Includes 3 bags of shavings. Additional bags $8/each.

☆Lunch will be available on site for Participants through pre-orders only. $8 per meal and must be paid by September 2, 2024. There are eating places nearby for those wishing other options.
☆Dinner with Carson: Our Saturday night Dinner will be open to ALL Pre-paid PARTICIPANTS AND AUDITORS. Participants & their companion $20 each, Auditors $25 each. Fees must be received by September 2, 2024.

◇Bunkhouse lodging is available on site but space is very limited. Four bunks per room. Bring your own linens. $20/per person- per night.
◇Dry Camping - generators are welcome. $25/night
