Carrot City: Creating Places for Urban Agriculture

As part of their global tour, we are excited to welcome Prof June Komisar and Dr Joe Nasr, co-creators of 'Carrot City' to the University of Salford. Carrot City has been a world-wide exhibition showcasing Urban Agriculture: from rooftops, to city-wide schemes and beyond. The exhibition has been showcased across North American, Europe, Asia and elsewhere. Joe and June will reflect on their latest work in this area, alongside their book on the topic and the exciting future of growing in the city.
