What does it mean to engage the world with hope in these difficult and overwhelming times?Join the Missouri Conference and The Center of the Ozarks for Carried by Hope, a spiritual life retreat, Oct. 17-18 in Springfield. The retreat is designed for all participants to find opportunities for spiritual growth through worship, fellowship meals and reflection. Participants will leave feeling rejuvenated, recentered and ready to engage the world with hope.
When: 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 17 to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18
Cost: $130
Participants will have the option of one spiritual direction session while at the retreat.
Lodging is available at the Hampton Inn near the King’s Way campus. Rate is $124/night. Call the hotel at (417) 882-6611 to access our room block under “The Center.”
Dr. Amy Oden will be the speaker for the weekend. The worship music will be provided by Kiersten Rose.
