ABOUT THE VETERANS’ DINNER:
For over 6 years, Concord Presbyterian in Carrick has sponsored a Veterans Dinner once a month.
The Veterans’ dinner invites veterans and their immediate families to a meal provided and prepared by Concord Presbyterian and volunteers
The veterans are of all services. Some have served in conflict, some have service related wounds, injuries and conditions and some just answered the call to serve.
Veterans generally live in Hilltop. Religious affiliation is irrelevant.
Anywhere from 60 to 80 meals are served at the Veterans Dinner.
