Be a part of our mission by joining us for the 27th Annual Caron NY Gala!
About this Event

Last year, with the help of our generous donors, Caron gave 10 million dollars in financial assistance, including a significant portion to the greater New York area. Funds raised at the Gala will support patient financial assistance throughout Caron’s continuum at Caron PA and Caron Renaissance and their mission of providing Recovery For Life through unique services offered for adolescents, young adults, adults, older adults and their families. The Caron New York Recovery Center offers screening and education, early recovery support groups and family engagement, provides a healthy environment for alumni activities and holds Parent Support Groups throughout the New York Region.

Our goal is not only to celebrate addiction recovery and raise funds for Caron but also to introduce Caron and its special services to new friends. Your participation will help us achieve these goals and we hope you will join us for an incredible event, featuring a live and silent auction and an amazing musical performance.

We are excited to honor Beatrice and Doug Clark with their children, Zac, Matt, Kathryn, Rachel and Rob, with the Richard J. Caron Award of Excellence. The Clarks have been Recovery for Life advocates and generous supporters of Caron for over ten years and have made a significant difference for so many families affected by addiction. Zac Clark has organized and lead Caron’s New York Marathon team and is on the Caron Corporate and New York Boards; Matt is on Caron’s DC Board; and Beatrice and Doug have shared their generosity and advocacy with Caron in a variety of ways. Over the months leading up to our Gala we will be sharing stories about the Clark family and introducing our entertainment for the evening.

This year we are also thrilled to honor our own Doug Tieman with the Allen H. Arrow Achievement Award. Doug has been the President and CEO of Caron since 1995. Caron has become one of the world’s premier not-for-profit substance use disorder treatment providers. Doug helped bring to fruition the dream of having a state-of-the-art medical and research center, expanded prevention and education initiatives and made treatment accessible for thousand of families. Celebrating Doug’s legacy offers a perfect opportunity to thank him for all he has given to Caron and to our communities to help so many families.

Thanks so much for supporting Caron!
