3rd Annual Carols for Christmas ~ Caroling Event in Downtown Hayward WI hosted by the Business Improvement District. Carols for Christmas is a spirit-filled contest that will entertain holiday shoppers & businesses throughout the downtown on Saturday, December 13th.
Put your vocal talents to the test and compete in our caroling contest and spread Christmas Cheer to all who are near. We are looking for groups of 2-20 carolers in two age categories are invited to apply and compete. Church groups, school groups, youth groups, choirs, friends and other talented singing groups are invited to participate. Let's spread Christmas Cheer to everyone this holiday season!
Adult Carolers (ages 18+) - Cash prize - $200
Youth Carolers (ages 5-17) – Cash prize - $200
And remaining groups will also receive a cash prize TBD. Everyone WINS!
This year’s caroling finale will be staged at the The Lot (10597 Kansas Ave at 3rd St) after the Ugly Sweater Run. The Lot will be transformed into a Christmas Village, all will be able to enjoy the holiday merriment including entertainment by James Netz Photography, Video & DJ, bonfires, unique gifts, wreath sales benefiting nonprofits, food trucks and more!
Apply early for the Best Time Slot - Applications will be taken up to November 21, 2025.
