Join our charity in celebrating the incredible work of the people and community groups that we support around the country working hard throughout the year to ensure ageing adults are kept happy, healthy and connected to loved ones.
This year we will also be remembering loved ones we have lost with a very special rendition of Silent Night.
We are delighted to confirm that ROCK CHOIR will be performing so make sure you bring your happy feet for a toe tapping, roof raising sing along.
