About this Event
The Jesuit church of the Immaculate Conception in Mayfair needs little introduction. We are honoured to be able to hold our Annual General Meeting in their 'Loyola Room' this year. The short proceedings of the AGM will begin at 2pm. They will be followed by what promises to be a fascinating talk on the life of Caroline Chisholm, known as the 'Emigrants' Friend', by Joanna Bogle. Fr Paul Nicholson will then give us a tour of the church which will include the possibility of viewing the archives of this historic location. A modest donation of £5-£10 would be welcome from participants to cover our costs.
