Meet at Clark Park Nature Center at 8:30 am to load a bus that will take you to Carolina Beach State Park. At the park, we will have a State Park Ranger guide us on a 45-60-minute hike focusing on carnivorous plants. If we are lucky, we might see our state carnivorous plant, the Venus Flytrap, out in the wild! Bring a sack lunch, water and comfortable clothing. Plan for about 2 miles of walking total throughout the trip. Register early because space is limited. Registration deadline is May 15.5+; Thurs., May 22; 8:30 am-5:30 pm; $10/participant
