This Halloween, The Rooftop Bar transforms into a moonlit big top for Carnivale Noir — a sultry masquerade of firelight, feathers and forbidden pleasures. Inspired by the vintage allure of the traveling circus — think bearded ladies, strong men, snake charmers, and seductive ringmasters — this high-flying rooftop soirée invites you to dress the part and lose yourself in the madness.
Under the Big Top
