We are so excited to welcome Mambo Jambo to the centre this half term! Come and make some music with Pete and Frankie, in their open access family workshop!
To celebrate the various carnivals held around the world in February, we’ll be trying out some (basic!) carnival tunes from New Orleans with singing and body percussion, and Brazilian rhythms – on basic hand percussion (claves provided by Mambo Jambo).
This 45 minute workshop is ideal for ages between 4-10. No experience needed.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. One adult ticket free with each paying child.
Acoustic roots duo and eclectic Musical Explorers Mambo Jambo are a truly unique two-piece who perform their upbeat mash up of sounds from roots, world, folk and jazz, along with their own compositions and delivering engaging workshops all over the country.
They will also be performing in the evening on the 20th February so don't miss out on that!
