This Play Production surrounds the life of Onika Phillips, who has grown in love with the Caribbean Culture. Born in Trinidad & Tobago, but raised in Washington DC by her father who is no fan of the Caribbean heritage, she uncovers her passion for Caribbean music, arts and much more.
Join us as we journey through the ups and downs of this blooming Carnival Baby, as she faces unexpected cultural drama, and exciting life changing experiences beyond her imagination.
Carnival Baby takes you on a journey from the streets of Washington DC to the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad & Tobago. The cultural escapades of this production are deeply rooted in the writing and delivery of this play.
