Love and lust ignite the stage in Twin Cities Ballet’s bold revival of Loyce Houlton’s acclaimed Carmina Burana—a raw, sensuous journey set to Carl Orff’s epic score.TCB’s performances of this popular work at the historic Fitzgerald Theater marks the first time this production will be performed in St. Paul. In this production, Loyce Houlton’s masterful choreography is reimagined as a total theater experience by Ms. Houlton’s daughter, Lise Houlton, with Dominique Serrand. This production will honor and preserve this iconic piece of our state’s cultural heritage, as well as the legacy of its original choreographer, Loyce Houlton.
