Were you ever a student or earned a black belt from Master Carlos Machado? Then you are formally invited in Honoring Master Carlos Machado – 30 Years of BJJ in DFW
We are beyond excited to celebrate a true milestone in the martial arts community – 30 years since Master Carlos Machado brought Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to the DFW area. For three decades, Master Machado has been a pioneer, teacher, mentor, and inspiration, impacting countless lives both on and off the mats.
Throughout his journey, he has created generations of black belts—some who have trained directly under him, and others who have carried his influence forward in their own paths. Each of these individuals has been a part of his growth and story, just as much as he has been a part of theirs.
This event is more than a celebration—it’s a recognition of the lasting legacy, the friendships, the families, and the transformations that Master Machado has made possible over the last 30 years.
We invite all current and former students and black belts to join us in honoring Master Machado. Come dressed in your BJJ uniform and stand on stage with him as he receives a special award for his dedication and lifelong contributions to the art we all love.
Let’s come together as one community to honor this momentous achievement and the man who started it all.
BONUS: We will also be honoring Grand Master Chuck Norris with a Legacy & Excellence Award for his contribution to BJJ and to acknowledge his support to the Machado’s all along the way and for bringing Master Machado to Texas! Without his vision none of this would even be possible!
