Carlos Barata is a Portuguese-American singer-songwriter, frontman and musician based in Colorado, originally from Pennsylvania, by way of Oregon (Carlos lived in Salem and helped manage Salem's Historic Grand Theatre for a spell!). Stoked to be back in Salem for some sweet and soulful serenades, and excited to see some new and familiar faces.
