We are delighted to be hosting our ‘Land of Legends’ Olympic Distance Triathlon in Carlingford on 1st September 2024. The race is part of the Triathlon Ireland National Series and is likely to sell out!
The race comprises a 1.5km sea swim, 40km cycle and 10km run.
The swim is a new route this year consisting of one lap in Carlingford Lough ?
The bike route is a good hilly challenge that will bring you up through the beautiful Cooley mountains, arguably one of the most beautiful bike courses of all races in Ireland ??
Finally, the run is a nice flat out-and-back route out to Greenore and back ?
