Carinya Gunnedah students will represent the school at one of Australia’s premier agricultural events: AgQuip. They will be operating the Angus Beef Stand, offering freshly prepared burgers, steak sandwiches, and cold drinks to the public throughout the three-day event.This is no ordinary food stall — students are involved in every stage of the process. In the weeks leading up to AgQuip, they will design the stand, develop recipes, prepare the food, and plan service systems to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
