About this Event
As caregivers, we often put the needs of others before our own, and sometimes that means carrying grief quietly, in the background, without the space to truly process it. But grief isn’t just about the loss of a loved one; it can stem from so many different experiences—changes in health, roles, relationships, and even the future we once imagined for ourselves or the people we care for.
This live session is a safe space to talk about that grief, to allow the space for it, and to explore the ways it affects both our physical and emotional well-being. This session is a chance to acknowledge the grief we may be holding onto—whether it's anticipatory grief, the grief of a life altered by caregiving, or the loss of someone.
Talking about grief is essential. When we don’t acknowledge or process it, it can stay with us, affecting our well-being for years. But it’s not easy to talk about because, often, people around us don’t know what to say, and that can make us feel more isolated and shut us down.
That’s why it’s important to have a safe space where you can explore your feelings and memories without judgment, where you can process what you're going through at your own pace. We need to learn how to integrate that experience into our lives in a way that allows us to heal, grow, and move forward.
If this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone. There’s a place where your grief can be heard, and your healing can begin. Come with an open mind ready to receive.
