Join the Tremont Family Wellness Suite and the incredible nurses at the New Family Home Visits Initiative to talk about caring for YOU in pregnancy and after baby’s arrival.

- Is your provider telling you that your blood pressure is high?
Come educate yourself on how to monitor your blood pressure and reduce your risks of perinatal high blood pressure, preeclampsia, and heart disease.

The New Family Home Visits Initiative offers support, services, and referrals to new and expectant parents. Through this initiative, a trained health worker — such as a nurse, doula, or community health worker — makes in-person or virtual visits to the home of a parent who is pregnant or has an infant or young child.
Bronx Neighborhood Health: Hosting a variety of programs and activities focused on the health and wellness of East Tremont residents. Our clinical partners also offer primary health services. is part of the City's effort to promote health equity and reduce health disparities in the neighborhood.
