About this Event
We want to take a moment to recognize the incredible women in our community who are part of this unprecedented teacher strike. We see you. We hear you. We know you are navigating uncertainty while standing up for the well-being of your students, your colleagues, and the future of our schools.
You are invited to join us for a free evening workshop designed to support teachers through the emotional and mental challenges of the days and weeks ahead. Together, we’ll explore themes of anxiety, the mental load, and navigating uncertainty—while learning research-based strategies to foster calm, connection, and resilience.
This gathering is more than a workshop—it’s a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Through a relaxed, psychology-informed format, you’ll have the opportunity to build community, share experiences, and find strength among colleagues who deeply understand this emotional time.
We offer this evening as a gift of gratitude for all that teachers do—and for all that you are. It’s about filling your own cup, finding support, and remembering that you matter, too.
✨ Food, drinks, and the workshop are all included—at no cost.
💛 Space is limited to 20 people to allow for meaningful connection and sharing.
