“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” Maya Angelou.
Caring Circle for Grief & Loss is a place to give and receive stories, for healing. this is a free support group supported by the organization NicBluCares that meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month in the great room at the Hope Interfaith Center.
The circle is not therapy; it is not a support group either. There is no fixing, advising, or judging here. Everyone experiences loss. The circle holds space to express our sadness and honor our pain as a way to move through the tough times of loss and start to heal. It is a safe place where we can choose to share experiences or just be present in a circle of trust and love.
This is a co-facilitation by Mary Ann Boe of NicBluCares, Rev. Melissa Ketchum of the Hope Interfaith Center, Jennifer Reese, & Laura Turk.
