The CARICON Poetry Slam & SoundClash is a vibrant cultural event that showcases the richness and diversity of Caribbean culture through music, poetry, and food. This inclusive event brings together talented poets, spoken word artists, musicians, street vendors, and food trucks, offering a platform for local artists and small businesses to showcase their creativity and connect with their community. Attendees can enjoy an exciting poetry slam competition featuring 10 poets, a soundclash featuring local DJs and musicians, and a range of delicious Caribbean cuisine. Overall, The CARICON Poetry Slam & SoundClash dubbed "Voices of the Streets" is a lively and engaging celebration of Caribbean culture that welcomes all to join in the festivities.



Registration Process In-Person

In order to attend the event in-person, please perform the following steps on or before the day of the event:

  3. Leading up to the event, you will also receive reminder emails.
