Caribe-Mae: Five Rings, One Sea is an intimate, open-air experience curated by Chef Nathan Ryan Neibaur—blending his signature Caribe-mae cuisine with the ancient wisdom of The Book of Five Rings by samurai strategist Miyamoto Musashi.
Guests will embark on a symbolic journey through five seasonal tastings, each inspired by one of the classical elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Void—and paired with a thoughtful sake flight.
This salon is designed to nourish the body, awaken the senses, and explore how flavor, place, and purpose intertwine.
