Wyandot County Public Health's Boo to the Flu 2 clinic aims to make a seasonal and sometimes scary chore into a fun experience for all ages in a relaxed, non-clinical environment. This event will take place from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30 at Dorcas Carey Public Library, 236 E. Findlay St., Carey, OH.Attendees of all ages are encouraged to come dressed in costume.
Available vaccines:
👻 2024-2025 trivalent flu vaccine (Approved for ages 6 months and older)
👻 High dose flu vaccines (available for ages 65 and older)
👻 The 2024-2025 Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (Approved for ages 6 months and older).
Don't forget:
🎃Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive their vaccine(s).
🎃All who intend to be vaccinated should have insurance cards with them.
🎃Individuals who are uninsured or underinsured may call Wyandot County Public Health at 419-294-3852 ahead of clinics or appointments to ask about the Bridge Access Program (adults) or the VFC program (18 and under) which may be able to provide reduced cost flu and COVID-19 vaccines.
🎃Individuals may opt to pay out of pocket for flu vaccines ($50 regular dose, $115 high dose, payable by cash or check).
