Whether you're personally affected or simply curious to learn more, this session will develop an understanding of the role of the carer in supporting someone with challenges and how they can remain empowered whilst doing so.
Our knowledgeable educators will introduce you to our new online platforms and seek your feedback, while guiding you through consierations for self-care and strategies for connections and support.
