About this Event

To celebrate Carers UK’s 60th Anniversary, this year the Carers Scotland Summit will be an in-person health and wellbeing event for carers.

Attendees can look forward to sessions including yoga, mindfulness and an opportunity for to share their own tips and advice with other carers.

Carers Scotland will have a short presentation about our work and campaigns over the past year and going forward into 2025, and present new findings from last year's State of Caring Survey.

We will also be joined by a selection of stallholders who will be able to offer help and advice, including the British Heart Foundation, GAMH, NHS24, Citizens Advice Bureau, Age Scotland, and many more.
