Thanks to funding from The National Lottery we are delighted to offer Young Carers the opportunity to attend Young Carers Connect Teens Group (age 12 - 16).This in-person event will be held at Hollywood Bowl, Wigan.
Please follow the link provided to book a free ticket to this event. Can all parents remember to cancel their ticket if your child can not attend on the day, making sure a space isn't wasted for another child who may like to attend.
Refreshments will be provided.
Please note. Young Carers sessions are for children and young people who are registered with the Centre and have had a young carers assessment (ie are not on the waiting list) .
This is so that we 1) have undertaken our statutory duty to check on how they are doing; and 2)have photo consent medical information and so we are insured.
Parents / Carers are responsible for bringing their children to and from Hollywood Bowl, Wigan at the relevant start and Pick up at the correct finish times.
In line with Health & Safety ALL parents/carers must sign their child in at the start of each session on the form located with the staff. Staff cannot be responsible for making sure that children get home safely.
