This event is for anyone interested in serving children at risk of foster care. Active Community Gatherings (ACG) invite all and especially CarePortal partners to celebrate and improve upon our collaborative efforts to serve youth and families in crisis.
This is a special ACG because we are inviting all of our partners across 5 boroughs to come together for this night. We will also have special presentations from our agencies share their services and resources.
